Sports Inclusion Training Program (SITP) provides year-round sports training to Persons of Determination (POD), giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

1) What is the youngest age my child can start participating in SITP?
5 years old.

2) What are your considerations in accepting a POD child?
As long as they have the physical capability to move and do activities that requires running and ball handling. You can set up a meeting with us to do the initial assessment and further discuss the possibilities and how we can work on your child’s training.

3) How many days a week do students practice?
You could choose from 2x-a-week to 3x-a-week. Contact us for fee details.

4) How long is a practice?
1 hour per day.

5) Do you play games/matches against other club/school teams?
Yes. Most groups play against EIS inter teams and other groups within our program and all students are invited to participate in tournaments/events.

6) Are there any special events throughout the year?
Yes. We will be having special events.

7) Do boys and girls practice together?
Boys and Girls train separately.

8) My child is a beginner. Can he/she participate in the academy?
The Beginners are most Welcome we accept any skill level and ages from 5-18y.o. and adults.

9) Do beginners’ practice with advanced players?
NO. We have a division or skill level depending on the skills of the child.
